What we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile photo and a Google account identifier. Clients may optionally add a city, goals, preferred language and a mobile number. Coaches provide professional details, a mobile number, location, and may upload certificates and payment screenshots.

How we use it

• To show coach listings and let clients send contact requests.
• To notify you about requests, payments and account changes.
• To review coach profiles and credentials.

What is public

Approved coach listings (name, photo, category, city, qualifications, bio, fee). Coach phone/WhatsApp is shown only if the coach turns it on, and only to signed-in clients. Business addresses, certificates and payment proofs are never public.

Cookies & advertising

We use cookies for sign-in. We may use Meta Pixel and Google tags to measure visits and sign-ups from our ads. These never receive your health details, messages or phone number. Admin and health pages are not tracked.

Sharing

A client's name and message are shared with the coach they contact; their mobile number only if they choose to share it. We do not sell personal data.

Health information

Please don't share medical records through CoachKhojo. Coaches are independent professionals; CoachKhojo doesn't provide medical advice.

Your choices

You can change notification settings anytime, and ask us to delete your account by contacting support.
