Delete your CoachKhojo account
This page explains how users of the CoachKhojo app and website (coachkhojo.com) can ask us to delete their account and data.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — in the app
- Open CoachKhojo and sign in.
- Go to Account → Help & Support (or open coachkhojo.com/support).
- Start a new ticket, choose Account & sign-in, and write “Delete my account”.
Option 2 — by email
Email info@coachkhojo.com with the subject “Delete my CoachKhojo account”. Send it from the email address you signed in with, or include the WhatsApp number you use to sign in.
We confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.
What we delete
- Your account: name, email, phone / WhatsApp number and sign-in links
- Your profile, goals, health details and saved coaches
- Your contact requests and messages
- For coaches: your public listing, photos, certificates, transformations, reviews and leads
- Notification (push) subscriptions
What we keep
- Payment records of coach plans (amount, date, reference) — kept up to 8 years for tax and accounting law
- Security logs (no profile data) — deleted automatically within 90 days
